Our lavender rosemary sea salt was crafted for those who enjoy the finer things in life. A deeply fragrant and pleasantly bold salt, we use this sea salt most often in baking savory dishes or complex sweet ones: think big rustic breads & panna cotta. But that's not to say that it can't be approachable - it's wonderful as rub for white fish (whole baked cod, thoroughly rubbed with this salt, is amazing), for roasting chicken, or for more complex pasta dishes.
