Our fresh almond toffee is cooked in copper kettles, cooled and broken into large chunks and combined with locally roasted coffee beans and our dark milk chocolate.

Whether it's whole nuts, huge chunks of toffee, or any of our all natural inclusions, you will never wonder about what we are trying to achieve--or about what you're eating. You can see it.

Our chocolates are only as good as the worst ingredient in them. This philosophy has resulted in an obsessive dedication to finding the best chocolate, cream, butter, herbs, fruits and nuts and not including anything that doesn't belong (preservatives, additives, etc.).
