Clover—The honey you grew up on. Delicately flavored honey with a cinnamon finish.
Wonderful where you would like “sweet” but not a strong honey flavor. This light honey is excellent for baking with it's delicate and light flavors. This is commonly referred to as the most "classic" varietal honey. 

Bee Squared Apiaries: Bee Squared Apiaries is a small beekeeping operation located in Berthoud, CO. We have 125 hives in various locations in Weld, Larimer, and Boulder counties. I began beekeeping some 20 years ago after reading a series of newspaper columns on beekeeping by my friend, Tom Theobald. I have always been a bit “buggy”. I collected insects as a 4H project in both Maryland and New Mexico and my collection still hang in my front hallway. Tom’s articles inspired me to take a beekeeping class and the rest, as they say, is history. Bee Squared now has two Good Food Award winners: rose petal infused and whiskey barrel-aged, and we have offer many more specialty flavors along with other bee products.
