Pineapple Mixing Vinegar

MOTHER shrub Pineapple! Originally developed to mirror the fermented pineapple base of tepache for the El Palenque cocktail by Sam Jimenez in the Fall for Mezcal box from Shaker & Spoon, this shrub is a combination of sweet, creamy pineapple and tart apple cider vinegar balanced with just enough cane sugar and finished with a hint of cinnamon and clove.

Delicious paired with mezcal, tequila, bourbon, rum, vodka, sparkling water...
