Float Decanter w/Ash Stopper

A mouth-blown decanter with contemporary bottle-shaped profile and oval stopper, formed from FSC-certified ash. The solid wooden stopper appears to float in the neck of the clear glass vessel.

Mouth blown by skilled glassblowers to create a decanter with bottle-shaped profile. The rim is melted to achieve a smooth finish. The stopper is cut to size from natural ash, sanded to an oval shape then treated with a food safe oil to protect the wood. The wood is sourced from sustainably-managed European forests and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
