Ancient Treasures Footed Cachepot

The vendor we resource from offers an assortment of blue and white porcelain vessels from the antiques markets of Jingdezhen, a town long distinguished by imperial patronage. This piece is a hand painted, wheel thrown rustic porcelain cachepot featuring a traditional decorative pattern called "bogu" that includes items like bronzes, porcelain, jade, painting, calligraphy, and bonsai to indicate refinement and elegance.

This footed cachepot has intricate motifs and looks fantastic sporting a bright green indoor fern or orchid. We love to mix found vintage pieces and add them to transitional and contemporary room.
